Mr. Johnson is a seasoned transactional attorney with extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas, including corporate governance, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, legal risk management, and outside general counsel services. His experience also encompasses real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and strategic business counseling from a legal perspective. Prior to joining Sullivan & Triggs, Mr. Johnson most recently served as General Counsel of FaZe Holdings Inc. through the consummation of its merger with GameSquare Holdings, Inc.
